Early access for small Shopify retailers
Catch supplier invoice discrepancies before payment.
LineQuery compares a supplier invoice with the purchase order and, when available, receiving records. Review quantity, price, tax, possible-duplicate, and uncertain line differences with the relevant source lines in view.
- See what changedSeparate quantity, unit-price, and tax differences instead of relying on the invoice total.
- Keep the evidence visibleTrace each question to the invoice, PO, or receiving line behind it.
- Leave the decision with a personReview or edit the drafted supplier query before choosing what happens next.
Every flagged question stays connected to the supporting source lines.
Weak line matches are marked for review instead of silently forced.
No supplier email, payment approval, payment action, or inventory change is available.
One careful decision
A focused check—not another inventory system.
LineQuery is an early-access product focused on helping Shopify retailers understand what changed between an invoice, its purchase order, and optional receiving records.
It is not a live Shopify integration or a replacement for your inventory, accounting, purchasing, or payment systems. The public form collects an email address only; it does not accept invoice files.
